Conflict of interest: Eyevestor entities do not invest or participate in Eyeventures. Eyevestor Management, employees, partners and others in any form of employment connected to Eyevestor are free to participate in Eyeventures, provided it is on the same terms as those of other investors and participants, without preferential treatment or privileged access to information or investments.

Eyevestor always strives for transparency. The above-mentioned stakeholders active with Eyevestor have been assigned the role of Inner Circle on the platform. Their positions can be viewed here, the Inner Circle page in the Eyevestor platform.

Meursy BV with director Gijs Dalen Meurs is the sole co-owner in Eyevestor Coöperatie U.A, with an interest of more than 20%. Both Gijs and Meursy have multiple positions in different eye ventures. Gijs and Meursy are not project owners in Eyevestor Cooperative.

This disclaimer and any legal consequences arising from it are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes in connection with this disclaimer will be submitted exclusively to the competent Dutch court for settlement.
