Welcome to the website of Eyevestor B.V. ("Eyevestor"). Eyevestor provides a Software as a Service solution for organisations, with the objective of bringing together organisations and all those involved in their success through digital shares in ventures.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This website and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Except for personal and non-commercial use, nothing from this website may be reproduced, stored or made public without prior written permission from Eyevestor.

3. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Eyevestor entities do not invest as such in ventures on the platform. Eyevestor Management, employees, partners and others in any form of engagement with Eyevestor are free to participate in ventures, but only on the same terms as other investors and participants, without preferential treatment or privileged access to information.

Eyevestor always strives for transparency. The above-mentioned stakeholders who are actively involved with Eyevestor are assigned the Inner Circle role on the platform. Their positions can be viewed on the Inner Circle page of the Eyevestor platform (platform.eyevestor.com/innercircle).

Meursy B.V., with director Gijs Dalen Meurs, is the sole co-owner in Eyevestor Coöperatie U.A., with an interest exceeding 20%. Both Gijs and Meursy hold positions in various ventures. Gijs and Meursy are not project owners in Eyevestor Coöperatie.

4. REGULATED SERVICES

Eyevestor B.V. is registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) under number 32000017 as a provider of crowdfunding services under the ECSP Regulation (ECSPR). Eyevestor is not an independent investment firm for these services.
